With Pat's unique and original approach this workshop will be an adventure into the world of mixed media. You will learn to integrate gold, silver or copper leaf to your support as a reflected light source, then using a variety of techniques, such as designing with collage, layering with color and building rich textures you will develop your painting. There will be daily demonstrations, one on one and lots of hands-on practice. With Pat's experience and generous artistic spirit, participants can expect a rich and rewarding experience!

PAT LAMBRECHT-HOULD, a well-known mixed media artist, majored in Applied Arts and has spent the last 25 years working in watercolor and acrylics. Pat is a full time artist, working exclusively in mixed media on gold leaf surface. Listed in the World's Who's Who of Women, Pat's work has been accepted in numerous national and regional shows. She is past director of Fine Arts for the Montana Institute of the Arts; and past owner of Beartooth Watercolor Workshops. She teaches, jurors, and lectures for groups across the U.S. & Canada.
